If you'd like to delete your Knocki account, please follow the steps outlined below. Deleting your Knocki account will delete all associated data and also unlink your Knocki devices.
Associated Data that is Deleted with an Account Deletion
- Username
- password
- tasks & gestures
- activity feed
- 3rd party integrations
- Device data
Step 1: Submit a Deletion Request
- Send an Email: To initiate the account deletion process, you must send an account deletion request by email to support@knocki.com using the email address associated with your Knocki account. Step 2: Confirmation & Account Deletion
- Wait for Confirmation: Once your email is received, the support team will process your request within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted.
Step 3: Unlinking Knocki Devices
- Device Unlinking: With the deletion of your account, all associated Knocki devices will automatically become unlinked from your account.
- Reset to Factory Settings: To reset your devices to factory settings, follow the instructions provided in the Knocki device hard reset article.
Additional Information
- Reactivation: Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. Any data lost during this process cannot be recovered.
- New Account Setup: If you wish to use Knocki devices in the future, you will need to create a new account and set up your devices from scratch.
