If you forget your password or want to reset your password for any reason, follow the steps below:
- Logout of the Knocki app.
- Tap the Log In button.
- On the Log In screen, tap the Forgot Password link.
- Next, enter your email address and tap the continue button.
- you should receive an email with a 4-digit verification code that you must enter in order to confirm your email.
- Enter the 4-digit verification code that you received via email.
- Enter and re-enter your new password.
Didn’t Get the Password Reset Email?
Please check your spam folder as a first step. If the email ended up in your spam, please add email@example.com to your address book, and then try again.
If that doesn’t help and you still aren’t receiving emails from Knocki, contact your email service provider to troubleshoot further.
