If you find that you're having to knock or tap too hard for Knocki to register your input, Knocki allows you to increase the sensitivity of your device.
To do this, make sure your Knocki firmware is up to date. The firmware version should be at least version 4. To check, look at the number in shown here in the red. "KNC1-1.0.X". If you're not on the latest version, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll update your device remotely!
After confirming that your device is on current firmware, simply go to your device settings, and select the "Sensitivity" option. Then toggle "High Sensitivity" to the "On" position.
If you don't see the sensitivity option under your device settings, this means your firmware is out of date. To receive updated firmware, please reach out to email@example.com and we'll automatically update your device to the latest firmware.
