How do I Turn on Location Services?

The Knocki app requires your phone's location Services to be turned on during the device connection process in order for the app to identify the WiFi ID of your Knocki device.  All mobile devices running iOS or Android require Location Services in order for apps to discover a WiFi device's name.

Below are instructions to turn on Location services for iPhones and for Android phones.

Instructions for iPhones

To access Location Services on your iPhone:

1. Go to your iPhone's settings.
2. Select Privacy & Security. 
3. Under privacy & Security, go to Location Services.  
4. Move the slider to On.  
5. Return to the Knocki app and continue the setup process.

Instructions for Android Phones

To access Location Services on your Android phone:

1. Go to your Android phone's Settings.
2. Tap Location.
3. On the location screen, move the slider to On.
4. Return to the Knocki app and continue the setup process.
