How do I reset or change my Knocki password?

 

If you forget your password or want to change your password for any reason, follow the steps below:

 

How to RESET Your Password

If you forgot your password and are unable to login to your account, below are steps to reset it.

  1. Make sure you are logged OUT of the Knocki app.    
  2. Under the LOG IN tab, tap the "Forgot Password" option.
  3. 4. Enter your email address and tap the "continue" button.
  4. You'll get an email with a 4-digit verification code.
  5. As prompted in the app, enter the 4-digit verification code.
  6. Enter and re-enter your new password.

 

How to CHANGE Your Password

If you know your password but would like to use a different password, below are steps to change it.

  1. Make sure you are logged IN to your Knocki account. 
  2. Tap the Hamburger Navigation menu at the top left of the home screen (The three stripes).
  3. Tap on "My Account".
  4. Then tap on "Change Password".
  5. The app will walk you through the rest!

Didn’t Get the Reset Email?

Please check your spam folder as a first step.  If the email ended up in your spam, please add no-reply@knocki.com to your address book, and then try again.

If that doesn’t help and you still aren’t receiving emails from Knocki, contact your email service provider to troubleshoot further.
