In order to use the Knocki mobile app, the email address of your Knocki account needs to be verified.
As part of the account activation process, you should receive an email with a 4-digit verification code that you must enter in order to confirm your email.
Similarly, If you ever forget your password, we’ll send you a 4-digit confirmation code.
Didn’t Get The Email?
Please check your spam folder as a first step. If the email ended up in your spam, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book, and then try again.
Check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t end up there. You can also add the email address email@example.com to your address book and then try sending the email again.
If that doesn’t help and you still aren’t receiving emails from Knocki, contact your email service provider to troubleshoot further.
