Unlinking a device from an account allows the device to be transferred to a new account. This process clears all WiFi credentials from the device and also removes it from the current user’s account.
Unlinking a device involves two steps.
Step 1: Within the app, tap the gear icon on the top-right of the Knocki’s device screen.
Step 2: On the device settings screen, select “Unlink device from account”
Step 3: Next, tap the red “Unlink from account” button.
Step 4: Finally, power cycle your device and it will automatically unlink!
