Creating a Gesture

What's a gesture?

A gesture is a pattern of taps assigned to trigger a specific task list.  Each Knocki can remember up to 10 gestures.  

By tapping or knocking the gesture pattern on a surface enabled by Knocki, you can easily control a wide variety of smart devices and services.

Create a Gesture

It's easy to get started creating your first gesture.

First, tap the "Add a Gesture" button:

Next, pick your gesture pattern.

Now, you can start adding tasks that your gesture pattern will trigger! 

Choose from a growing list of integrations.

Our app will walk you through the setup process for any task that you select.  Once you've created your task, you can test it directly from the app.

Don't forget to name your gesture!

That's it!  Now tap the pattern on an activated surface and watch the magic happen!
