How Do Add a Knocki to My Account?

Connecting a Knocki device to your Knocki account involves a few steps as outlined below:

1. Power Knocki off and then on, and verify that your Knocki device blinks orange shortly after powering on.  Once you've confirmed this, power Knocki back off. If Knocki does not blink orange shortly after powering on, see this article. 
2. Open the Knocki app using your smartphone (App is a free download on iOS and Android).
3. Sign in to your Knocki account, or register for an account if you don't already have one.
4. From the Knocki app's home screen, tap the blue '+' icon to "Add a Knocki".
5. The app will then guide you through all the set up steps!
