Knocki won't connect during WiFi setup

If Knocki is unable to connect to your WiFi internet connection during setup, please follow the steps outlined below.

 

  1. Click the “Try Again” button. If Knocki is unable to connect a second time, continue to step
  2. Confirm that you selected the correct WiFi network and entered the correct password.
  3. If you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, and are still unable to connect, please troubleshoot your network connection.
