Can I connect Knocki to my network without scanning or entering the device's serial #?

If you are unable to connect Knocki to your network using the barcode scanning feature or by entering the serial number, there is a third option.

Follow steps 1-4 as outlined and shown in the screenshots below.

1. Tap "Yes, continue" on the initial connection screen.

2. Tap "Other options" on the barcode scanning screen.

3. Select either Knocki image and tap "Can't access the serial #" at the bottom of the screen.

4. Read the instructions and tap "Open phone's WiFi settings".
