New Knocki devices include a 12 month limited warranty.
This warranty is provided by Haptic, Inc and covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Knocki device for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser, and includes technical support for the duration of the warranty period which you can receive by contacting support@knocki.com.
If a defect in the Product arises within the warranty period, Haptic will, at its own discretion, repair or replace your Knocki with a new or refurbished Knocki; or refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Knocki.
This Warranty does not apply to Knocki devices purchased from eBay, garage sales, or other distribution channels that are either unaffiliated or unauthorized with Haptic, Inc. where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with; where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
