Does Knocki have a warranty?

Yes. Knocki hardware is covered by a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions in Haptic's policy.
